You are warmly invited to these beautiful gatherings that I am holding.

A Compassionate Turning Toward Spring

This small, in‑person gathering is an invitation to pause, turn inward, and gently connect with the rhythms of the natural world and with one another. As winter begins to loosen its grip, the end of January (in Celtic traditions called Imbolc) marks the quiet return of the light. It is a threshold moment — subtle, hopeful, and full of possibility.

Held in a warm community space, we will come together in community to honour this seasonal moment through reflection, creativity, and embodied presence.

What to expect

This is a gentle, inclusive space that we will shape together.
Our time will include a mix of:

  • A circle gathering to arrive and connect
  • Seasonal reflection guided by the theme of awakening into Spring
  • Creative ‘exercises’ to think about personal values
  • Embodied movement, guided in a soft and accessible way
  • Space for stillness, warmth, and quiet listening

Everything offered is an invitation — you are welcome to move, rest, share, or be silent in ways that feel right for you.

This gathering is especially suited to people who:

  • Are interested in wellbeing, wellness, and self‑care
  • Feel drawn to seasonal living or earth‑centred rhythms
