My passion is helping people learn more about their emotional and mental health, in order to understand themselves better and to improve their quality of life. I love working with people in a 1:1 setting, either virtually or in-person, equally as much as I love gathering people together who can learn from each other in a group setting.

Current ways to work with me include:

  • 1:1 sessions virtually (50-60mins long)
  • 1:1 sessions outdoors with a walk-and-talk element
  • Attending one of my courses – currently I’m holding the Thriving through Stress course in November 2024
